Hmmmm....maybe too many bad accidents back there that could have been prevented by brakes which I think most Fixie and SS riders usually don't like to put on their bikes?? ......Or just the old "proletariat" not liking these "imperialist" modish biking movements from the west "corrupting" their youth.
Sad that they even have time to go after fixie riders as that country have much much bigger problems to fix at this time.....
