I based my statement saying "most" on the same I observe everyday in the streets of SF that has its good share of SS/FG riders.....
It's not a problem , as long as the brakeless ones can handle all the stopping situations one might encounter in the city,
But in SF in particular, I don't think it's such a good Idea going brakeless as traffic here is now so dangerous with so many cluless nutzoid drivers out there that I encounter everyday I commute to work. So bad that I pretty much gave up commuting on my bicycle and motorcycle to my job in the city last year and indefinitely....
Now that driver's education is gone from all our schools, I bet that it's just going to get worse every year....
