This is the wrong approach. Rather than a piecemeal Q&A on the forum, search the net for tutorials on "how to adjust rear derailleur" or similar. There are plenty of good ones out there, both video, and text & pictures, and most are free.

Watch/read at least 2, maybe three until you have a good sense of how the RDs work, and how to adjust them properly from new install, through fine tuning. Do not try to shortcut the process, start at the basics, and learn how it's done properly.
