There are numbers on that map you posted. Aka "rest stop 1, rest stop 2" etc.

So that means they can only have a TOTAL of 400 riders, I see. I took it to mean we'll accept 400 day-of registrations on top of the pre-registered. (Which in hindsight, doesn't make much sense.)
Wonder how many pre-registered riders they currently have then?
