I live in North East PA and we do have hills. do you think the 12/28 will also be good for hills? again, its not a big deal if it doesn't work as well, but more important wanted to use the other wheelset when weather is not so good and the roads still have all that dirt/rock. plus this will save my conti 4000s tires a bit.
