Bikes: Stormchaser, Paramount, Tilt, Samba tandem

I'm not in your age group and my situation is not strictly comparable. I'm on Norpace and Nadolol. They limit my heart rate and my pace is slow. I can't burn a lot of calories. But it doesn't prevent riding. Just gear down.
