Bikes: 2006 Windsor Dover w/105, 2007 GT Avalanche w/XT, 1995 Trek 820 setup for touring, 201? Yeah single-speed folder, 199? Huffy tandem.

All you need to replace, right now, is the RD to one of the ones I listed in post 7 (or any other 7,8,9-speed Shimano MTB RD) and you'll have a fully-cpompatible and functioning 10-speed system.
