I was looking at a bike on Craigslist, pretty nice Rodriguez touring bike with a Campy Mirage groupo. The guy selling it says there are two pinholes in the left chain stay and he does not know what caused it or if it is an issue for integrity of the bike. What do you all think? Is this an issue and should it be repaired? Probably a good deal either way, but I don't want to hassle with a repair if necessary.
