Not sure how the XC fork experience translates to FR/DJ forks but I know that I will probably get a Marzocchi.
I learned that there was a batch of Fox forks this year with valve problems that were all repaired by Fox and that the problem was resolved.

Just wanted to add closure to the info I provided.
