Low end frame (stamped rear dropouts), cosmetically trashed. Mish mash of components, a few nice bits (cranks, drilled rings) and mediocre bits, most look pretty beat up, missing brake hoods and probably needs a full overhaul. Here in Portland you might get $40 then the buyer would have to put in another $120 for parts plus X labor to have a ugly, rideable "beater bike".
