It's not me deciding anything. It's the facts showing for themselves: "OH! OH! He's on the sidewalk! I don't stand for this ****!"

Yeah, that's not a protest. That's a person, being a ******, and looking for a confrontation.

My suspicion is the cop knew the guy, didn't care about him, and gave the cyclist two warnings, and finally a citation.

Lesson here kids? If you're going to go and spot check cops, don't break the law while doing it.
