I agree 100%. This is America and you have the right to be an arsehole. You also have the right to accept the consequences.

Let's not elevate being a moron to some constitutional cause. He wasn't charged with DisCon or roughed up. He did get a summons for an illegal left turn that would have otherwise been overlooked.
