No a Bianchi certainly is better, at least IMHO. I was thinking more along the lines of if you don't want to stand out in a crowd then buy something else. One should be proud of a Bianchi and not try to hide it.

If your reasoning for removing the decal is to protect it from theft while commuting then look for an older steel Hybrid to use for a commuter.
