They have, I believe, 4 locations on a main drag (Regent St). The main store that carry's new bike gear and accessories is quite nice, well stocked, and priced competitively in the market place. They have very nice sales staff and I have had good experiences with their mechanics.

The used outlet is another story...the bikes are cool to look at, Staff is awesome, but the presentation of the bike (cleanliness not so much) and the pricing can be from bad to unbelievably high. Just go to Ebay and look (search vintage bike and categorize by highest price first and you will see what I mean)

worth visiting if you are ever in Madison.
