My Soma Rush is 49cm c-t and has normal track geometry with 73.5 head angle, 75.5 seat angle, horizontal top tube, 55mm BB drop and 38mm fork offset (rake). No, I can't stand over it w/o bumping my junk and there's a bit of toe overlap, but it's not excessive by any means and very rideable on the street. OTH, my old Paramount P14 track bike is also 49cm and has crazy toe overlap. The difference is due to a shorter TT and fork legs with less rake on the Paramount, which is strictly meant for track use.
