the fork looks fine, (it could be a model before 93/94). Its the color and paint that suggests that this is a custom paint job. The two tone scheme and colors were never offered and the decals are from a 94 frame. But the fork decals are actually look legit (aftermarket) for more evidence towards a custom paint job.

I really don't think someone who went through the trouble of having a custom paint job on an already nice 1992 rb-1 will sell if for that cheap.
Someone could PM the poster (owner) on one of those links....
