I am so sorry for your loss, I know it's been a year, but that was and is tragic. Make sure you give those beautiful girls of yours all the time you can of yourself. I've always heard the argument of busy parents: "I don't need to spend much time with my kids because I give them quality time". That statement is pure nonsense! Kids want your time. I think the tragedy you suffered probably taught you that lesson as well as the fitness lesson. Time is short, sometimes too short.
