I commute on my road bike, 30 miles round trip. I use my "hybrified" MTB to haul my son's trailer and other such around-town stuff.

At this point I prefer the road bike because it's lighter. Maybe later on if I get a *real* commuter "hybrid" bike with disc brakes and racks and all, I might like that better but who knows.
