Silca Pump Head Replacement Part

I have an older Silca pump (I think it is the 24.4) with a chuck/head that uses three parts (2 plastic and one rbber) that can switch from presta to schraeder. It is one of the cheaper silca floor pumps they made back in the 80's. The rubber part is worn out and no longer seals.

Anyone have an idea where I can get this part? The rubber parts that I see listed for the 30.0 and 24.0 pump heads don't look the same.

The only thing I've found is a vintage replacement for the head on ebay for $56+shipping.

The pump was called the Silca Pist Track Pump.

This link has a photo of the pimp and chuck

Thanks
