While checking out at Lowes today the cashier told me that if I would bring my DD214 (or current military ID for those of you in the service right now) to Lowes, they would register me for a 10% discount. Heck, I could have saved $$$ over the years if I had known. Now, I know that many of you are ex or current military, and I buy some bicycle related items at Lowes - wall mounts and the like and you probably do so also. So, this is not entirely off-topic.

Add this to the up to $250 extra onboard military/ex military credit by Princess (and others??) cruise lines.
