Bikes: 1980s fuji mark gorski track bike, 1972 schwinn paramount

Got my first tubular flat

I recently started riding a 72 schwinn paramount with tubulars. Things have been good but today I had my first hot heat high speed blowout in the rear. I'm considering my options and wanted some advice.

Here's some options I have...

There's a shop about 30 min away that will sell me a new tire for around $100 or so plus about $45 for service and glue.

There's the guy in Florida that will repair my tube ifi send it to him for around $25 then I have to get glue and learn how to install it.

I was also recommended Stan's no tube sealant, which I suppose would be the cheapest first try. Essentially I'll probably have to do all these options, so i am left with 3 tires, extra sealant and more piece of mind next time I'm stranded hours from home.
