Gaucho, nice-looking UE-8.
At the end of our ride on Saturday there was a fellow in the parking lot when we finished our ride who was putting two older bikes on his car. One looked like a white UE-8, with fenders and lights. I asked him about it and he said it was a '72 UO-8 to which the fenders had been added. The paint and decals looked like my UO-8 but the headbadge looked newer.
