There are good decent tubulars for around $60 and glue runs about $3 a tube. If your going to run tubulars, you need to deal with the PITA that goes with it!

You at least need to know how to change a tubular in case you have a flat on the road. Unless you plan to depend on tube sealant which does not always work.
