Looking to mount my iPhone on my bars / stem somewhere so that I don't have to replace my broken cyclocomputer - I'd rather just use an app on my phone, plus it's handy to be able to see the screen without stopping (maps/GPS directions are super useful when on-the-move.

I've seen a few options, but am just uncomfortable with the idea of an expensive phone "loosely" clamped to my bars - though I ride mostly on streets, it's still a bumpy ride so the safety and strength of the connection/mount is paramount.

Other considerations are water resistance, if not water proof - just to prevent issues in a sudden downpour, or my hog-sweat messing anything up.
