There is no site about these derailleurs. It was originally about 120grams, but after rebuilding it and making new ti springs, alloy/ti bolts, pulleys etc... weight is now 84grams. The derailleurs are not new they are from the 80's

Yes, the wind can be scary on it.
Cost is not something easy to determine, because alot of the bike are cutom or one-off prototypes. You could build something similar using off the shelf parts and about 2lbs heavier for around 15,000.
Actually we were lighter than this but decided to add some weight back on for a better ride.
