Suppose that for health reason you don't smoke. You join friends in a bar that charges everyone $xx for drinking and smoking, regardless if you actually do drink or smoke. Are you going to smoke just because you have paid for it?
Back to Citi bikes, again...if they read these forums...I hope they make a very
tall sign at each station so people can find them more easily. Some stations are very close to each other (like near W. 34th street), but I was not aware of one's existence while at another one.
