The Schwalbe's and the Pasela T/G's are both really excellent. If must have the ultimate degree of flatproofing, the Schwalbe Marathon Plus's are the ticket. The Pasela's in 43mm or 37mm make a great rear touring tire. I am single bike touring on a set of non-folding 43mm/35mm T/G's and carry a 37mm kelvar bead spare.
