Thanks fellas. I picked up the Focus late yesterday and it's pretty. Nicely made German frame. The belt drive is quiet as all get out, accelerates slowly, almost freight-train like. The hydraulic brakes are squeakier than all get out so that cancels out the stealth of the Gates drive. The Alfine hub makes the back end of this bike a tad heavy. Probably looking at 25-26 lbs total, if not more? More reports when I get this this fully adjusted.
