I got my ~58cm, 1979 UO9 Super Sport down to 26.5lbs by adding alloy rims and seatpost, this weight even with a Wrights leather saddle and 1/4-pound Peugeot Sport Computer.

It came stock with alloy cranks, bars and 'metallized' Simplex long-cage 410 claw derailer.

The '79 model UO-series frames used 103 tubing and had steeper seat tubes with shallower head tube angle, and shorter stays (a real change of personality you could say), more suited to climbing and sprinting.
