Bikes: 2013 State Midas, 1988 Raliegh Technium

I have 43mm profile wheels, should I;

Get 60mm thread less presta valve tube
or
Get 48mm threaded presta valve tube

The 48mm ones come in 2 thickness's, should I get the .6mm or the .9mm?
