I am sure it rides great as is. I don't think you need to improve anything. If you want it to be more complete I would put a record front derailleur on it (looks like a low end campy on there) and a brooks professional saddle. Other than that it looks like mostly record aside from the brakes, I'd also find a nice chrome acorn nut to replace the nylock on the caliper.
