I never trust the govt' to keep me safe and second I think it is very disingenuous of specialized to state:

like saying I have 1 or more certifications in CPR:


Complies with one or more of the following certifications for CPR: university of Nigeria, mount sinai hospital, some guy who teaches on weekends, reputable place, and online CPR.com.

WHICH one? I am not going to tell. might be 1 or more or all of them, would you trust me to do CPR based on that?

I am looking for a helmet too, so Specialized can go to hell for trying to pull that with me.
