Did you read the part you decided to include? I left it out because it didn't apply to your situation (or mine). It says you're twice as safe on a road with bicycle facilities than a road without. But the phrase that I DID quote says that even without bicycle facilities, you're still safer than on a sidewalk.

Well, i'm not sure if the ****ement had any hand in these studies. You know what they "say" about inflation (super LOW), but then i go to the market and see the real truth.
Lots of areas where the ****erment lies to serve their purpose. Common sense tells me different.
