I mix it in advance and toss it in the freezer for about a half hr then throw it in my lunch bag with a freezer pack and my lunch. I drink it after my lunchtime weight training. no access to ice cubes. yesterday I gave it some extra shakes before gym and right before drinking it. it was better but I could still feel the particles as I drank it. there was no pile of sand in the bottle though like before. still not sold on it, but I guess soy has some advantages over whey.
