Bikes: 1998 Cannondale R200

So, the driver will pay for damages, but will his insurance cover the cost of the bike?

Also, got up at 6, was ready to go for a bike ride at 6:30, grabbed my front wheel, and the tire was flat! Took it off the rim, and there was a hole from where a nipple hole punched a hole in the rim tape. The rim tape was the original one to the bike (it's a 1998), so I took off the tire, tube and tape. Ordered some new tires and tubes, and I should be good to go in a few days! Sad, cause I really wanted to go out and ride this morning.
