Check the Local Bike Shops for a multi-tool and patch kit/pump that will see you back home. I have a seat wedge bag with a Park multi-tool, spare tube, Park Tool mini patch kit, CO2 pump, extra cylinders and a house key. Its small and unobtrusive and I can get back to the house if I have a problem. Cell phone always goes with me every ride.
