I rarely leave the saddle even to climb hills. I also don't do any sprinting. At my weight, I find sprinting to be counter productive since it doesn't give a big speed increase and causes me blow up. I'm not a racer, but I prefer to ease into a chase and overtake people slowly. All my tires are 23c and pressure is usually 120, but the tires are rated for 125. Pedaling style remains fairly smooth and consistent at around 90 rpm cadence. There is very little rocking at any time.
low spoke count wheels on low end wheels have heavier rims. this makes them less prone to cracking due to the amount of material.
