Waterproof messenger w/ pockets?

Hello

While riding in the city, I currently use a non-waterproof, 20-liter backpack. I like it because it has two pockets on the side, a smaller pocket on the top, and a main pocket big enough for my needs. That way, I can keep things separate.

As a rain-friendly alternative, I'd like to find a waterproof, shoulder (messenger) bag.

Google returned two well-rated items: The Abus Dryve ST 8600 and the Ortlieb Zip City.

However, they don't seem to have the same convenient pockets, which means I'll have to keep everything mixed.

Are there more organized alternatives I should know about?

Thank you.
