I heard back from Primal, and they do have a Team Site program. In a nutshell, the site would be created and open for 1-2 weeks, but no longer. Orders would be placed and fulfilled at an additional $10 per order if we choose the drop-ship option. Otherwise, I would go pick it up (always good to visit Denver) and fulfill based on your orders through PayPal.

If anyone does not use PayPal, a check would work, but it would need to clear before shipping the product. If all of this is worth $10, I am adding a drop-ship option to the spreadhseet on the jersey tab only to indicate interest in this. It makes no difference to me as Tom has approved me selling the spares at face value, if we have any.,

EDIT: The $10 is a flat fee and includes shipping. This sounds like a good solution.
