weird weather this AM:

-As i was gearing up, it was lightly raining.
-When I went down the elevator and got outside it was pouring like a cow pissing on a flat rock.
-Manhole lids were bubbling up water and a few manhole covers had popped off.
-Half way to work (30 minutes later) it stopped.
-At the creek-crossing, the creek had flooded, and the MUP was under 2 feet of water. I geared down, pedaled slowly, and plowed through it.

(Usually here, it just drizzles or rains--but doesn't pour.)
