They said the cyclists are everywhere and will run you over as they have the right of way over pretty much everything else on the street. Never been there, but from what I've read, it is true that cyclists do indeed have the ROW over everything else--when they're in the
bike facilities. Just like peds have the ROW on sidewalks, and cars have the ROW in car lanes. Does anybody know if this is accurate?
