18 miles on the mtb at the Kingdom Trails in East Burke VT on Monday. The New England Mountain Bike Association held it's annual festival at the Kingdom Trails over the weekend and I was helping out at the shop's booth. I didn't get to ride Sat or Sun, but we all stayed over Monday to ride, and what a ride it was! There's a trail there called Tap and Die that has big swooping turns up the sides of hills, beautiful flowing curves cut through the trees, bermed corners, and fun descents - I was grinning from ear to ear at the end. Heck, I smiling now just thinking about it.
