It was quite humid yesterday and I thought for certain that I would be riding in the rain. I made it to and from work with no rain yesterday. Thank goodness. I guess Tarwheel got our thunderstorm. (ps hope the rash clears up)

Todays ride
I forgot to get my Halo head band out of the washing machine last night so it was soggy as I put it on this morning. I then realized that I had forgotten my water bottle as I had already ridden for 7 minutes or so. I left it sitting on the kitchen table.

BUT As I was slowing for a stoplight heading into the downtown area. A guy yelled from his car "I like your Cadillac!" I said thanks and smiled.

I was wearing my free Cadillac jersey out of Bicycling magazine from a few years back. Not everyday people yell something pleasant..
