I have been stung on my foot almost inside my shoe. Another time I was stung in my head. The joker flew into my helmet and stung my head. It felt like his stinger went down into my skull. It hurt so bad. I have also caught a bug in my jersey once or twice. I just squished them and kept riding. I found them after the ride. The sting in the head was by far the worst.
