Not so much guilt as regret, especially when the weather isn't as bad as forecast.
This is how I feel about it. Nothing is more frustrating that driving because forecasters are calling for severe or lousy weather that never materializes. But I don't feel guilty when I drive because my legs can usually use a rest day or two.
