I've taken up riding in hopes of losing weight too. Currently I'm 6'5" 235 lbs. My goal is to weigh 200. In my first two weeks I didn't lose any weight. In fact, I gained weight from muscle. I think one of my thighs is bigger than the other, but that's another story lol.
