No weather tricks yesterday, just a nice hard late afternoon ride. Even though the NWS and Weather Channel warned about high heat index problems this week, it was not really bad to me. Got in a few extra miles just because it felt right yesterday. Hope that everyone gets in some quality rides when posssible.
