has some tips for us but I was curious about Step 1 under Nutrition & Recovery: "Use a rapidly digested simple carbohydrate supplement and branch chain amino acids immediately after working out."

will have to research examples of those

just thought I'd share, I found the article very interesting

I drink a fruit juice or gatoraide with protein powder mixed in right after my workouts and rides, does that qualify?
