I have a habit of breathing in time with my cadence when I'm working hard in training. Anything over threshold basically and I catch myself doing it. I'm not sure if I do it in races as I'm usually too focused on the racing part. My feeling is that I probably don't. I don't think I do it on group rides either, but again, I'm not 100%.
Is this a bad habit I need to try and break? Am I the only one? I'm not really sure where I picked this up.
