Remember this 80s Campy on an 80s Cannondale which was spaced narrower.
I'll measure real quick but I'm pretty sure Octalink V1 only came in 109.5 spindle length for double cranksets.

edit: It looks like from the center of the seat tube to the middle point between the cranks is about 48mm.
